He graduated from the Val de Loire Hotel and Tourism School in Blois, and went to Great Britain where he worked as a manager and wine waiter at Harvey’s, a prestigious Michelin Guide labeled restaurant in Bristol. Through his experience, he acquired a sense of personalized service and quality requirements.
